My short story
I’m a clinical psychologist, mind-body coach, author and public speaker.
But most importantly, I’m a fellow traveler on this life’s journey. I’ve struggled with stress, anxiety, overachievement, and other difficult emotions, and I’ve sat with hundreds of patients who have too.
I’ve been on the fix-it, “not good enough” path and I know how well that goes. I’ve hit mid-life, and the bumps that go with it.
What I’ve learned and experienced over these decades is that we all have an inner toolkit that can bring us deep well-being, but we need to learn how to access it.
